3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Site. By making a purchase you warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate.
4. Booking Terms
4.1 Deposits & Payments
All bookings require a 30 % non-refundable deposit at checkout; the balance is due on or before the shoot date.
Accepted payment methods: major credit cards, PayPal, Affirm/Afterpay (where available).
4.2 Rescheduling & Cancellations

4.3 Model Release & Usage Rights
Upon full payment you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence for portfolio and commercial use of delivered images, provided “Jasmine Alysha” is credited where reasonable. The Company retains all copyright; resale or redistribution of unedited files without written consent is prohibited.
4.4 Client Responsibilities
Location Access & Permits: Client secures location, permits, and pays venue fees.
LiveStage Connectivity: Client is responsible for their own internet quality; the Company is not liable for latency, dropped sessions, or diminished quality due to user-side or LiveStage network issues.
Conduct: Harassment or inappropriate contact results in immediate session termination with no refund.
5. Subscription Memberships (JaSociety)

Memberships auto-renew every 30 days. No partial refunds for unused time; cancellation stops the next billing cycle. Subscription content is for personal viewing only—no sharing, reposting, or public screen-grabs.
6. Product Sales
6.1 Print-on-Demand & Shipping
Prints and apparel are produced via third-party partners (Printful, Printify, Gelato). Production begins within 24 hours; orders cannot be modified once submitted.
Typical fulfilment: 3–7 business days plus transit. International orders may incur customs fees payable by the customer.
6.2 Returns & Exchanges

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site, Products, or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its owners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Third-Party Services
The Site relies on external vendors (e.g., LiveStage, Printful, Stripe). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service outages of these third parties.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in VA BEACH, Virginia, except that either party may seek equitable relief in state or federal court.
